Then, too, specially blended multivitamins, with hot new “additives” such as ginseng and CoQ10, are increasingly lining the shelves of chemists and sports stores today, and proving irresistible to health nuts. In fact, many people don’t even know what they’re taking, how much they are taking and how much they should take.
