<p>Juice concentrates, malted drinks, protein shakes, fortified ready-to-eat cereals &#8211; all claim to contain loads of vitamins and minerals, up to 100% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA). Then, too, specially blended multivitamins, with hot new &#8220;additives&#8221; such as ginseng and CoQ10, are increasingly lining the shelves of chemists and sports stores today, and proving irresistible to health nuts. In fact, many people don&#8217;t even know what they&#8217;re taking, how  much they are taking and how much they should take.</p>
